Hey, hey, friends! (That’s you, Jim.) If you aren’t already an avid reader of Dicemonkey.net (and really, why aren’t you?) or if we’re not Facebook friends (and really, why aren’t we?) or if you’re not my mom (and really… er…never mind) then you may not have read this fine interview with yours truly conducted by the lovely and sweet Bridget. I’d hate for you to miss it so I’ll go ahead and post it here:
There’s your news for the day. Your welcome.
I just read the interview you did for dicemonkey and wanted to thank you for getting Magic Missile changed so players don’t have to role to hit with this spell. I found the change that was made to this player-loved spell in fourth addition D&D a disappointment and am glad it has been returned to it’s original intent.
I recently purchased your book “Confessions of a Part Time Sorceress” and enjoyed it so much that I passed it on to a friend of mine. She said the book was great after only reading two chapters. I hope to get the book back one day but I think her girl friend wants to read it first.
If you’re ever in Vancouver Canada send me an email maybe there are a few shoe stores that have something in your price range.
“Hey, hey, friends! (That’s you, Jim.)”
While I admit to quite honored to be counted amongst your friends (I am!), I am certain there are more than just one!
…Hope to see you at GenCon this year! Have a safe trip!
Well aren’t you just the most awesome thing ever? Thank you! Tell your friend to stop reading now. The first two chapters are the best. She’ll be disappointed if she continues!
Magic Missile was a big bummer for a while, wasn’t it? They wouldn’t agree to my demand to change the name to just “Missile” but I’m glad they finally caved to my demand that it returns to its magic roots. (And I’m glad they let me go around saying things like “I’m the reason Magic Missile is magic again.)
I haven’t been to Vancouver in a long time. I’m definitely due for a trip. If I remember correctly there is some great shopping there.
Thanks for coming by!
